Must Have
3+ years of experience in production support, middleware operations, or platform operations, Experience in banking or other critical production environments, Proven experience with Kafka administration or support, Hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate or similar CDC/replication tools, Good understanding of incident management, monitoring, and operational procedures, Knowledge of Linux systems and log analysis, Experience working in L2 support environments with autonomy, Proficiency in English (C1 mandatory), Basic proficiency in French (A1 mandatory)

Exposure to Cloudera environments, Knowledge of database replication concepts
What You'll Do.
Support daily operations of Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms
Monitor production environments and ensure system availability and performance
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
Handle service requests
and operational tasks
Work within an L2 support model with a high level of autonomy
Analyze logs and use monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues
Maintain operational documentation and follow best practices
Contribute to strengthening Qlik operational capabilities and Kafka production support
Gradually develop understanding of Cloudera platform dependencies
