What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 to 7+ years of database developer experience in banking or BFSI domain, IBM ACE (Development + Administration), IBM API Connect (API Gateway, proxies, policies), Apache Kafka (event streaming & integration patterns), IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), Service proxy / API routing / mediation patterns, API gateway configuration and management, Messaging systems and asynchronous integration, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, Logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting frameworks, ownership and accountability mindset, Ability to handle critical production environments, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and stakeholder management, Ability to mentor and guide teams
Nice to Have
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, Certifications in IBM ACE / API Connect / Integration, Experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs, Exposure to regulated domains especially in Banking domain
