As a Middleware Engineer you are required to manage and support middleware technologies such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, IIS, API Gateway, and integration platforms, including configuring environments in standalone, clustered, or distributed architectures. Perform installation, patching, upgrades, and version lifecycle management (EOS/EOL tracking), while providing incident, problem, and change management support through ITSM tools. Troubleshoot application and integration issues across middleware layers and support 24x7/on-call production environments based on project needs. Design and support high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups, including failover, clustering, and replication, ensuring system uptime and business continuity.
