What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Deep understanding of AdTech and/or white-label SaaS operational workflows, Proficiency in BPMN, Proficiency in UML, Proficiency in Swimlane diagramming, Advanced ability to interview stakeholders and extract complex business rules and requirements, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Experience defining and managing API contracts, Experience managing data models, Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, Proficiency in analytics and BI tools, Proficiency in SQL, Proficiency in Looker, Proficiency in Tableau, Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud-native SaaS, Experience with AWS, Experience with Azure, Experience with CI/CD tooling, Background in process governance, Background in release management, Background in RACI matrices, Background in change control
