Must Have
Master's degree, Valid Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification, Minimum 2 years classroom teaching experience
Nice to Have
Advanicing Educational Leadersip (AEL) certificate or its equivalent, Instructional Leadership Development (ILD or ILT) or must be obtained within 3 months of start date, Board Approved T-TESS Certification or must be obtained within 3 months of start date
