Lead implementation of new products
or processes into existing business workflows
Lead change management efforts

Monitor project performance and KPIs
keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes
Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams
