Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience, 3-5 years of experience in Middle Office, Derivatives Middle Office, or Investment Accounting, Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills, Ability to prioritize independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency with Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, BlackRock Aladdin, and BNYM NEXEN, Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, and Alternative Assets
Nice to Have
Excel and general technology experience with workflow automation or process optimization is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support Front Office and Investment teams
Execute accurate trade capture
Review reconciliations
Coordinate securities transfers
Resolve complex trade breaks
Manage full lifecycle events
Lead onboarding for new clients
Improve downstream data quality
Oversee vendor performance
Identify and implement process improvements
Manage daily oversight of back-office provider
Ensure trade flow accuracy
Oversee industry event processing
Build relationships with internal teams
Provide day-to-day support to Traders and Portfolio Managers
