Full Job Description
**Who we are looking for** A Vice President position with operations experience in one or more functional areas including trade management, corporate actions, reconciliation, accounting. The VP is expected to act as the primary operational leader for a strategic client engagement with full accountability for daily execution, risk governance and client facing delivery. **Why this role is important to us.** This role requires consistent engagement, visible leadership presence, and hands on ownership to maintain operational stability and client confidence. **What you will be responsible for** • Serve as the day to day owner of the functional operations area supporting a strategic client • Be the first point of escalation for operational issues, client risks, and delivery concerns • Own leadership coverage, escalation protocols, and decision-making continuity • Represent State Street with authority and accountability in all client forums **What we value** • Demonstrated ability to identify and proactively resolve complex issues and drive solutions to completion while considering multiple avenues for resolution. • Strong commitment to operational risk management, including the ability to identify control gaps, ensure adherence to established procedures, and reinforce a strong control driven culture. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data validation techniques, with the ability to analyze large datasets, assess data integrity, and clearly present findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Proven ability to operate as a collaborative team player who is equally comfortable taking individual ownership and accountability for outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with senior stakeholders across the organization. • Ability to synthesize complex operational and data driven findings into clear, well organized summaries for ma
