**Who we are looking for** In this role, you will work with State Street teams across the globe to support premier investment management clients. As an Officer, you will have direct accountability for overseeing day-to-day transactional and trade operations, ensuring operational integrity, data accuracy, and high-quality client service in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This role requires independent judgment, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex issues across multiple stakeholders. **Why this role is important to us** You will serve as a key point of escalation and a first line of defense in identifying, mitigating, and escalating potentially risky activity. Through close partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, strengthening controls, and contributing to innovative solutions that enhance how State Street services its clients. **What you will be responsible for** **As an Officer, you will:** * Serve as a trusted subject matter expert within the business unit, leading the resolution of complex operational, client, and trade-related issues involving clients, custodians, brokers, counterparties, and internal teams. * Maintain ownership and oversight of comprehensive client data across trading platforms, and internal account records, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Deliver high-quality client service through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and effective research and resolution of internal and external client inquiries, including appropriate escalation as needed. * Act as first escalation point for the Operations team by managing and resolving actions across all client types using approved systems and custodian platforms. * Prepare, review, validate, and approve standard and ad hoc client reporting, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client and regulatory requirements. * Provide oversight of daily transaction processing routines,
