Must Have
2–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role within Financial Services, Experience supporting Middle Office, Investment Servicing, Custody, or Asset Management operating models, understanding of trade lifecycle, data flows, and MO operational processes, Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements, written and verbal communication skills
