exposure to risk and control frameworks, audit handling, and process transformation, Understanding of key technology within the support of investment management operations, Experience of driving organizational change, with an understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools

What You'll Do.

Oversee and provide day to day management of Middle Office Services operations team(s)

Drive discipline in excellence though proactive management of the trade lifecycle

Responsible for service delivery and client sentiment

Support a risk management and control environment

Conduct high-level analysis in specific areas of expertise

identify and resolve work-processing issues

make suggestions to streamline operations and implement

Perform work independently within scope of established guidelines and according to specific procedures

Support and proactively manage Client Change Request items impacting the Enterprise processes and Operating Models

Implement and monitor risk mitigation controls and best practices

root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely remediation

Maintain an effective Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and monitor process-level risks and KRIs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

work with State Street teams from around the globe; initiate and develop good communication and interpersonal relationship with business operations teams and IT; Liaise with colleagues in region or divisions globally where required for client issue resolution; Communicate effectively on issues / problems to the Client and to SSC management; Provide guidance, support and development opportunities to the members of your team; Good team working skills
