Must Have
Requires 3+ years of experience with Go, 4+ years of experience in software development, experience building REST APIs and microservices, solid knowledge of MySQL, experience with Docker and Git, experience working with RabbitMQ and Redis, and familiarity with Doctrine and basic knowledge of CSS. Must have practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat or similar) to improve productivity and software delivery. Must be from the European Union region and have a work permit.
Nice to Have
Experience with PHP, experience applying Generative AI (GenAI) in a structured way within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations. Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g., agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
