What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a STEM field, 4+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Engineer or in a similar Business Intelligence role, Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing BI reports and dashboards, Deep knowledge of Power BI setup, configuration, and best practices, Extensive practical experience across the Microsoft BI Stack, Mastery of SQL, Mastery of Power Query, Mastery of DAX, Mastery of M language, Ability to effectively document, design, and model complex data solutions, Clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse internal and external audiences, Fluent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
Microsoft Power BI Certification, Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., Health Canada, FDA)
