What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in testing applications and writing test scenarios, experience in QA engineering with both manual and automation testing, Good command of English, Knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices, Hands-on experience with AI-powered development and testing tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar solutions, Good knowledge of SQL, API testing, test management tools such as Xray/Jira, Ability to use AI to generate and improve test cases, create and maintain automation scripts, validate AI-generated outputs, optimize prompts, improve AI-based testing workflows, Excellent technical writing skills, communication, analytical skills, methodical approach, Ability to work independently, Critical eye for detail, analytical mindset, Capable to prioritize work, meet deadlines
Nice to Have
French is a big advantage, ISTQB certification or equivalent ISTQB expertise, Familiarity with insurance business principles
