Key Responsibilities Develop and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6. Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing to validate system performance and scalability. Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and resource constraints. Analyze test results and prepare performance reports with recommendations for optimization and improvements. Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues. Support performance tuning efforts across applications, databases, and infrastructure environments. Contribute to performance engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in performance testing or performance engineering.
