Must Have
Professional proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken, Demonstrated experience as an integrated designer working across digital and offline channels, with particular depth in retail and digital environments, Ability to own a project end-to-end - from brief to delivery - working independently and managing your own priorities, Consistent track record of delivering work to high creative standards under deadline pressure, Experience working directly with clients, from brief kick-offs through to creative reviews and final sign-off, Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to design disciplines, used to improve output quality and workflow efficiency, Experience developing personal AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creative production, Agentic approach to project delivery - able to break down complex briefs, plan an efficient path forward, and execute with clear reasoning, Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply human judgment to maintain craft quality

Role: Mid Motion Graphic Designer Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid role) About the role: As a mid-level Motion Graphic Designer, you'll work independently across a diverse range of integrated briefs - spanning digital, OOH, and POS - taking projects from concept through to completion. You'll develop a strong command of the client's brand and marketing strategy, using that knowledge to produce work that's both creatively sharp and audience relevant.
