Must Have

3+ years worked in a customer-facing environment and been directly involved in gathering requirements, 3+ year of experience in data analytics, 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, 1+ year of experience using reporting tools, 1+ year of experience in presenting technical information to executive leadership

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s Degree or higher, Experience working in a fast-paced environment, Experience using My Learning or other Learning Management Systems, Experience in organizing, prioritizing and paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
