Mid-Level Staff Analyst **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Mid-Level** **Staff Analyst** to join the VC-25B Chief of Staff’s Office in **San Antonio, TX.** BDS is a global leader in the development, production, maintenance and enhancement of fixed-wing and rotary wing aircraft, commercial and government satellites, human spaceflight programs and weapons. Key markets include aeronautics, space and weapons. Core capabilities are in development, production and mission enabling upgrades of integrated solutions. BDS delivers the most digitally advanced, simply and efficiently produced and intelligently supported solutions to its customers. **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers * Develops plans and objectives and provides management review and tracking performance to plan data * Manages chart templates and administrative duties * Manages employee engagement and assists with leading a culture & engagement team * Helps with internal program communications * Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings * Analyzes data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs ** _Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):_** * 3+ years’ experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data * 1+ years’ experience in planning, organizing, facilitating and/or executing large scale meetings and events * Experience working in a cross functional environment * Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project ** _Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):_** * Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business field * Knowledge and/or experience within the aviation industry * Experience having positive relationships
