Mid-Level Security & Fire Multi-Operations Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing’s Security and Fire Operations team is seeking a **Mid-Level Security & Fire Multi-Operations Specialist** that is immediately available to join our executive support office in **Arlington, VA**. The selected candidate will be a collaborative self-starter in the Arlington executive support office, representing the company in the nation’s capital. This high-visibility role supports the Long Bridge site with virtual oversight of services across the Mid‑Atlantic. The position is primarily onsite full‑time with limited ad‑hoc virtual work opportunities. If you are a driven security professional with a broad background across emergency preparedness, physical security systems, contract security management, and stakeholder engagement — and you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment — we want to hear from you. **Position Responsibilities:** * Co-lead the Emergency Preparedness Program: planning and executing evacuations, drills, and training; support incident management and response readiness * Perform Uniformed security contract oversight * Oversee all aspects of the Long Bridge account including financial, compliance, and performance * Serve as liaison with internal teams and community partners to strengthen security programs that protect people, property, and information * Provide administrative support to the regional Threat Management Team * Coordinate and schedule maintenance, upgrades, and installations for video security, access control, and alarm systems with internal teams and external vendors * Support administrative activities that sustain uniformed security provider services; maintain and refine integrated contract security response procedures * Lead and participate in site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies; implement, track, and close Corrective Action Plans within deadlines * Embed safety into daily operations and influence a
