What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ year of experience in Quality Management System (QMS), 1+ year of experience performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation, 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA), 3+ years of experience leading improvement projects using continuous improvement methodologies
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment, 3+ years of experience leading or managing multi-functional teams in Quality or continuous improvement initiatives, 1+ years of experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Instruction 8210. 1, Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment, Ability to cross collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, Ability to take initiative
What You'll Do.
Review and validate product non-conformances
Perform analysis to identify quality of products
Apply knowledge of aerospace design
Train and mentor fellow employees
Perform root cause analysis
modify and document actions
Obtain corrective action on nonconforming plans
Negotiate concurrence
Review and validate corrective action plans
Review and approve Quality planning changes
Guide validation of configuration management
Develop software system processes
Review and implement corrective action
Interpret industry standards
Create analytical reports
