Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 4-6 years experience developing and writing responses to Government RFPs, Ability to deliver client-ready materials under strict deadlines, Graphics creation experience, Ability to produce high quality products rapidly and accurately, Skilled at critical thinking, Skilled at analysis of requirements, Skilled at problem-solving, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational skills, Ability to quickly grasp concepts, Ability to execute writing, Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, Demonstrated experience to work efficiently and effectively with multiple deadlines and changing priorities, Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously, Ability to self-manage productivity, Ability to self-manage prioritization of effort, Excellent computer skills, High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, High level of proficiency with Google Docs, High level of proficiency with Adobe Professional
Nice to Have
Experience in proposal development that supported growth within a small- or mid-sized business, Experience with the Shipley proposal development process, Experience with other structured proposal development methodologies
What You'll Do.
Support proposal coordination
Manage proposal development
Manage proposal revision

Lead proposal efforts
Conduct daily review of opportunities
Support pipeline development
Perform detailed analyses of solicitation documents
Build outline for proposal response

Ensure proposals are properly scoped
Ensure responses meet requirements
Facilitate efficient proposal development
Facilitate effective proposal development
Create compliant proposal content
Create compelling proposal content
Write sections on Technical
Write sections on Management
Write sections on Staffing
Write sections on Past Performance
Manage multiple revisions
Edit proposal sections
Re-edit proposal sections
Ensure proposals maintain consistent tone
Ensure proposals maintain consistent voice
Assist Leadership Team in reviewing proposal artifacts
Support professional formatting of proposals
Design high-impact graphic representations
Develop high-impact graphic representations
