What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 3+ years of experience reviewing Engineering Change Proposal documentation to assess and determine scope impacts for potential new work, 5+ years of experience with Contract Data Management and/or Supplier Data Management, 3+ years of experience, skill, and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, 3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery, 1+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to utilize technological tools (e. g. , PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads and delivery schedules

Nice to Have

Knowledge of company, state, federal, and/or international compliance regulations, including (import/export, intellectual property, FAA, AS9100, ITAR), written and oral communication skills, Knowledge of engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems, Ability to communicate with technical personnel across multiple functions, Knowledge of industry, military, and government specifications, handbooks, and standards, Demonstrated systems thinking and ability to understand interrelationships across functions and deliverables, Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, Commitment to continuous improvement and first-time quality, sense of accountability and follow-through

What You'll Do.

administration of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)

administration of Supplier Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs)

maintenance and distribution of CDRL delivery performance metrics

updating and maintaining desktop instructions and associated command media

support the C-17 Sustainment and Developmental programs

daily interaction with military customer personnel
