What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience working with Financial Data (i. e. accounting, financial planning, cost management, legal and/or contracts), 3+ years of experience supporting change management and process improvement activities, 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data, Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management, Experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations, Experience identifying and executing process improvements

Nice to Have

Experience in capital asset management, financial tracking, order management and related business operations functions, Experience working with Ariba, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise business systems, Experience with asset tracking and catalog management, Experience with capital planning, asset lifecycle management and related financial processes

What You'll Do.

Coordinate the end-to-end capital asset management process and provide timely status updates to stakeholders

process and track capital orders and expense in Ariba

Process capital orders and support total cost calculations

and track assets and catalog IDs within ServiceNow

Manage order closeout activities by completing capital RFU (Ready for Use) documentation

and reconciling total costs

Collaborate with Indirect Supply Chain and business units to validate contracts within Ariba

and analyze data from multiple sources to prepare reports

and support project evaluations as needed

Identify and support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and improve the quality and consistency of deliverables
