Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications, 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance for which the U. S. Government requires U. S. Citizenship, 2+ years of experience in systems, mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, 3+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
Nice to Have
Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience with Rotorcraft systems, Experience with SAE Standard ARP4754A, RTCA DO-178 or DO-254

Provide engineering leadership
Evaluate customer specifications and regulations
Assess design for safety requirements
Develop System Safety Program Plans
Perform hazard analyses
Review engineering design specifications
Collaborate with government and customer experts
Prepare presentations and reports
Develop proposals and work statements
Deliver system safety presentations
