Mid-Level MP&P Technical Analyst (Metals and Assembly) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is seeking a **Mid-Level******** Metals and Assembly Technical Analyst, **to join our team in the greater St. Louis area in **Berkeley, Missouri.** This person will be working on the assembly team supporting the 777X program. They will work close with the production team in support daily operations. **Position Responsibilities:** * Assists with definition of requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes used in the engineering design, manufacture and/or maintenance of Boeing products * Provides knowledge and technical consultation to internal and external customers * Evaluates parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications * Proposes, develops and validates revisions to procedures, engineering specifications and other documents to manage the deployment of tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes * Assists with development and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes to meet requirements * Conducts routine analysis to determine performance or reasons for failures of tools, materials, parts or processes * Assists in implementing corrective and preventive actions * Determines suitability of parts, materials and processes and coordinates resolution of issues with suppliers and customers * Uses project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirements * Incorporates environmental health and safety, LEAN and Quality principles into (1) materials and processes, (2) research, design and qualification, (3) work procedures and (4) labs and office areas. **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
