What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Management Field of Study, 3+ years of experience in a dedicated Organizational Management Field, Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery, Active (or ability to obtain) U. S. Security Clearance, US Citizenship, Experience working across multiple disciplines
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Management, Information Security, or other Computer Science-related field, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Experience leading employees/teams involved in multiple engineering disciplines, Familiarity with NIST SP 800-37, Risk Management Framework, Familiarity with the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG), Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53, Rev 4, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers
Serve as an effective liaison between business teams and IT teams
Work with IT design teams to develop technical solutions supporting business needs
Manage the funding and procurement processes for IT solutions
Oversee the implementation and business team acceptance of IT solutions
Resolve IT issues on production floors
Implement IT solutions to improve and increase production capabilities

Team & Collaboration
Work directly with program engineers, senior leadership, and IT Infrastructures teams; Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports; Be an effective liaison between the business teams and the Boeing and Dell IT teams
