Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Regulatory Engineering is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented**Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist** to join the Enterprise Labs team in **Seattle, WA** or**Hazelwood, MO.** The selected candidate will lead a cross-domain workstream within a larger enterprise program and will have extensive skills in communication and collaboration, as this position will work with stakeholders across our Business Units, Engineering, and Information Technology. **Position Responsibilities:** * Lead the build out of a project plan, identify and manage risks, issues, and roadblocks, and support the team in achieving committed deliverables * Partner with stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed * Generate and utilize an array of media, clearly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message * Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking * Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources * Understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area * Understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 5+ years of experience with program management, project management, and/or business operations * 5+ years of experience creating and implementing project or communication plans, strategies, and tactics * 5+ years of experience developing
