What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years Industrial Security experience, 1+ years Industrial Security, Facilities Security, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment, Ability to obtain and maintain SCI/SAP access

Nice to Have

3+ years security-related work in NISP, SAP, and/or SCI, 1+ years building relationships with employees and executives in Defense or Aerospace, 1+ years communicating with internal and external customers, Experience preparing reports, briefs, findings, and corrective action recommendations, Experience with LLM (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI, Grok, or similar), Experience with government and company security regulations, policies, and compliance requirements, Experience conducting reviews, inspections, inquiries, and briefings, Experience with analytical skills to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions, Experience with organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple security disciplines, Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, customers, subcontractors, and government representatives, Ability to support a fast-paced program environment

Support Sub-Contractor Management activities

Provide contractual requirements

Provide subcontractor direction

Participate in PAC-3 program support

Coordinate with program leadership

Coordinate with operations

Coordinate with security stakeholders

Ensure effective security execution
