Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented**Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist** to join the team in **Herndon, VA.** Boeing is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Specialist to serve as a Program Security Officer (PMO) that will execute Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. The Industrial Security Specialist will be skilled at delivering initial and recurring briefings on critical program information, classification marking, safeguarding and destruction, Operations Security (OPSEC), physical and communications security while being adept at managing personnel and classified-material records to ensure data integrity, conducting inventories and reconciliation for accountability, and developing Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and procedures for handling, storing, and transporting proprietary materials. You will also be a collaborative leader who coordinates across security teams, Boeing engineering and management, senior leadership, and United States (U.S.) Government customers to obtain contract approvals, security rulings, and authorized deviations. **Position Responsibilities:** * Ensuring media and equipment are maintained in compliance * Identifying security deficiencies and recommending corrective actions * Conducting Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes, and situations in accordance with established procedures to assess non-compliance levels with government and company regulations * Supporting the Communication Security (COMSEC) team as needed * Protecting government, intellectual property, third-party, and company information from unauthorized disclosure through the development, implementation, and administration of an Operational Security program, including security education, procedures, and physi
