What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry., 3 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, Fabrication and/or production environment., 3 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering., 3 or more years of experience working in a team environment., 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 3 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles., Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products., Boeing DCAC MRM Software, Experience with capacity planning and analysis

Leads the development of models
databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation to leader and customers.
and implementation of processes and tools to enhance schedule performance
for large scale systems integration and asset utilization.
Reviews plans and programs for facility/factory modifications and revisions to operating methods.
Evaluates product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices.
Leads operations planning
includes work statement analysis
budgeting and forecasts
capacity and constraint analysis and production change
to ensure technical goals and objectives are met.
Leads execution planning by using project management
planning and scheduling and shop load practices.
supply chain logistics
performance visibility and recovery planning support.
Ensures compliance with established industry safety
