Full Job Description
Mid-Level Government Training Proposal Integrator **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services is seeking a **Mid-level Government Training Proposal Integrator **to join the Vertical Lift Training Team, in **Hazelwood, MO.** This position will support Proposal Integration activities in Government Training (GT) supporting the AH-64, AH-6, MH-139, and CH-47 platforms. You will coordinate, monitor, and integrate proposal activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. Additionally, you will track support engineering data development and gather that data for estimates in support of proposal activities. You will also develop processes and support activities to ensure procedures are implemented, documented and are current. In this role, you will support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products and engineering data. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **P osition Responsibilities:** * Develop GT proposal project plans consistent with project objectives as defined by stakeholders and in accordance with accepted project management standards * Coordinate proposal schedule and milestones, enforce process compliance, coordinate stakeholder reviews and ensure proposal deliverables and approvals * Coordinate proposal planning, technical reviews when required, provide liaison between members of the integrated business team, facilitate, when necessary, GT estimating kickoffs and status meeting, and coordinate with Contracts and Pricing and Program Management * Ensure individuals are evaluating the identified tasks to the baseline proposal schedule * Identify necessary proposal elements and ensure appropriate functional and programmatic representation during proposal development **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)** * 3+ years of experience in project management
