Must Have
6+ years of closing experience, Based in Madrid, Available to be in-office three days per week, Fluent in both Spanish and English, Comfortable in complex deals—experienced navigating multiple stakeholders, long cycles, and sophisticated buying processes without losing momentum, Sell with technical confidence, translating product capability into business impact in a way that resonates with both technical evaluators and commercial decision-makers, Resilient and adaptable, Natural relationship-builder with influencing skills and a genuine interest in your customers' success beyond the deal, Committed to the craft—curious, coachable, and invested in contributing to a high-trust, high-performance sales culture
Nice to Have
Familiarity with marketing automation, CDPs, or the broader MarTech ecosystem, Experience selling into retail, ecommerce, or consumer brands, Prior experience building or expanding a market presence in Spain, Experimented with AI in work or personal projects, Hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, shorten iteration cycles, and bring sharper ideas to the table

Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers

and raising the bar across the AE team
Feed insights back to Product and Engineering to help shape roadmap decisions based on what you're hearing in market
