Must Have
University degree, at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Enterprise Applications Operations, knowledge of Windows 11 end-user computing environments, Familiarity with Configuration Manager, endpoint security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, and SCCM, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to support continuous service improvement, Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users, communicate fluently in English

Contributing to the design
and implementation of on-premises Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions
Providing subject matter expertise in the development of new Microsoft Enterprise Application solutions
Maintaining the digital infrastructure environment
Managing and resolving Microsoft Enterprise Application incident tickets in a 3rd-line support capacity
Troubleshooting and investigating application errors
