We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements as part of a large-scale, end-to-end transformation programme. This role will focus on ensuring that Dynamics 365 capabilities are fully leveraged to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions aligned with organisational objectives. * Design and develop technical solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and desired outcomes. * Configure and customise Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) components including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules. * Produce high-quality functional and technical designs (high-level and low-level). * Develop custom Dynamics 365 components including: Plugins, workflows, Scripts, Custom entities, Integrations * Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support long-term business needs. * Design and maintain integrations with external systems using: Dataverse, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Platform services * Ensure robust integration with key Microsoft tools including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, and identity management solutions. * Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation. * Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine requirements. * Ensure solutions are aligned to business processes and organisational goals. * Apply strong business analysis techniques to translate req
