## Accountabilities In this role, you will contribute to end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, from assessment through to deployment and user enablement. You will identify capability gaps and design solutions that enhance enterprise performance. Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses to identify digital transformation opportunities and recommend improvements aligned with organizational objectives. Design and develop scalable digital architectures using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform. Build dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, including advanced data modeling techniques. Develop AI-enabled and automation solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric. Support deployment activities, including testing, pilot rollouts, change management, and performance monitoring. Deliver user training, onboarding, and coaching to improve adoption and ensure sustainable use of digital solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, leveraging architecture diagrams, data models, and reporting frameworks. Requirements: The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Microsoft-based solution development and a solid understanding of enterprise digital transformation environments. You combine technical depth with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Minimum of 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft technologies in complex environments. Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M language). Experience with predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making approaches. Familiarity with cloud and enterprise systems such as Microsoft Azure and SAP solutions including SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Business Explorer.
