You will help clients build modern, reliable, and AI-ready data platforms using the full Microsoft stack. You balance hands-on delivery with strategic advisory, and you work in hybrid environments where legacy systems meet modern cloud architectures. What you will do : * Design and build ELT/ETL pipelines across the Microsoft stack — from on-prem SSIS workflows to Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric; * Model and maintain semantic layers in Power BI (DAX, RLS, deployment pipelines, Apps) that serve as the single source of truth for reporting; * Migrate and modernise BI environments: SQL Server → Synapse Analytics / Microsoft Fabric / ADLS Gen2 / OneLake; * Implement Analytics Engineering standards: data testing, documentation, version control, and performance tuning (T-SQL optimisation, stored procedures); * Support clients in defining their data modeling strategy (Kimball / Inmon) and analytical architecture; * Prototype and evaluate emerging capabilities — Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry — and translate them into production-ready recommendations. ## Qualifications Must-have: * At least 3 years of hands-on experience; * T-SQL (optimization, stored procedures, functions); * Power BI Desktop an
