Required Skills & Experience * Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) modules (Sales, Service, etc.) * Hands-on expertise in: * C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs * Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) * Experience with Dataverse customization (entities, forms, views, relationships) * Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI customization * Experience in system integrations using REST/OData and Azure services * Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines * Strong understanding of security models and role-based access * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop custom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CE) using Dataverse * Build and extend applications using: * Model-driven apps & Canvas apps * Power Automate workflows * Develop server-side components such as: * Plug-ins, Custom APIs, and workflows using C#, .NET * Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript and D365 Client APIs * Integrate D365 with external systems using: * REST / OData APIs * Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps) * Configure business logic, security roles, and business rules * Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps * Follow Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and governance
