We are seeking a high-caliber Microsoft D365 CRM Developer with a specialized focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to drive a critical phase of our digital roadmap. This isn't just a maintenance role; you will be a lead technical contributor within an Agile multidisciplinary squad, responsible for architecting and building complex CRM modules that serve as the backbone for government-wide economic initiatives. This position requires a unique blend of high-level solution design and "in-the-trenches" technical engineering. You are equally comfortable configuring the Dataverse as you are writing custom C# plugins or managing complex CI/CD pipelines. You will lead by example, ensuring that every deployment is scalable, secure, and resilient. Key Responsibilities * Module Development: Configure and extend D365 CE/Dataverse solutions, including tables, relationships, forms, views, and dashboards. * Automation & Logic: Implement server-side business logic using plugins (C#/.NET), workflows, and Power Automate flows based on documented user stories. * Enterprise Integration: Configure CRM connectors to support data flows between D365 and core systems such as Azure SQL, internal finance systems (TechOne), and Power Pages. * Security & Governance: Implement the Dynamics 365 security model (security roles, access controls) and ensure integrations follow secure-by-design/DevSecOps princip
