As the Microsoft CSP – Azure Business Development Manager, you will support the growth of Azure and Microsoft CSP outcomes across a defined set of channel partners. You will work with partners and internal teams to identify opportunities, assist with enablement activities, progress deals through the sales cycle, and maintain strong sales cadence and CRM discipline to meet agreed targets. ## Key responsibilities * **Partner engagement:** Build relationships with assigned partners and internal stakeholders; maintain regular contact to progress opportunities and action plans. * **Opportunity management:** Prospect within the partner base, qualify opportunities, and support partners to progress deals through to close. * **Enablement and onboarding:** Assist partners to understand Microsoft CSP offers, processes and tools; coordinate training and workshops with Microsoft and internal teams. * **Solution knowledge:** Maintain working knowledge of Azure, AI and Security offers and common partner use-cases (migration, modernisation, backup, security baseline, data/AI starters). * **Sales cadence and reporting:** Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting and activity tracking in CRM; provide regular upda
