Role Summary Hands-on Microsoft 365 Engineer responsible for the governance, security and optimisation of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services across the internal organisation. The role covers Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, alongside Entra ID identity management and compliance tooling. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a technically strong and pragmatic M365 and Power Platform professional who combines deep platform expertise with the ability to advise and guide stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear outcomes, while maintaining a strong focus on security, governance and value. They take ownership of platform standards and decisions, work collaboratively across teams, and are motivated to continuously improve and modernise the cloud environment, balancing innovation
