THE POSITION: A Microsoft 365 Operations Engineer is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Microsoft 365 services across an organization. This role ensures the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of cloud-based productivity tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
