What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies, PowerShell scripting and automation, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, networking fundamentals, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, 5 year’s experience in a similar role, 10 years overall system administration or related experience
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (e. g. , MS-100, MS-101, or MCSA: Office 365)
What You'll Do.

Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot and resolve issues
Administer user accounts
Automate routine tasks

Ensure least privilege access
and password management
Plan and execute rollouts of new Microsoft 365 features and updates
Migrate data from legacy or on-premises systems to Microsoft 365
Continuously optimize environments through automation and best practices
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft 365-related issues
Create and maintain SOPs
Train users and support teams on Microsoft 365 tools and features
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to align Microsoft 365 solutions with business needs; Participate in operations handovers from project teams; Collaborate with security teams to meet organizational standards
