What You'll Achieve.
ensures the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of cloud-based productivity tools; maintain system health; implement new features; support digital workplace initiatives; meet organizational standards; Continuously optimize environments through automation and best practices; deliver excellent business results through the efforts of their teams
Industry & Context.
troubleshoot and resolve issues
Travel: Less than 10%, Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies, PowerShell scripting and automation, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking fundamentals, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online, 5 year’s experience in a similar role, 10 years overall system administration or related experience, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (e. g. , MS-100, MS-101, or MCSA: Office 365)
What You'll Do.
and support of Microsoft 365 services
ensuring the reliable
and efficient operation of cloud-based productivity tools
maintain system health
implement new features
support digital workplace initiatives
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot and resolve issues
Administer user accounts
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
Implement and enforce security policies
compliance configurations
and data loss prevention strategies
Ensure least privilege access
and password management
Plan and execute rollouts of new Microsoft 365 features and updates
Migrate data from legacy or on-premises systems to Microsoft 365
Continuously optimize environments through automation and best practices
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Microsoft 365-related issues
Create and maintain SOPs
Train users and support teams on Microsoft 365 tools and features
Work with cross-functional teams to align Microsoft 365 solutions with business needs
Participate in operations handovers from project teams
Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and industry trends
