What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of enterprise IT experience, Microsoft 365 administration and support, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online (or hybrid) expertise, Power Platform and Power BI experience, Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, Defender for Office 365, DLP, and Microsoft 365 security tools knowledge, Advanced automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, Operational experience in enterprise IT environments, ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira) familiarity, ITIL-based service delivery models familiarity, Excellent communication skills, Excellent documentation skills, Analytical skills, Customer-focused, Ability to solve complex cloud service issues, Flexible and collaborative, Comfortable working across time zones (US Eastern Time), Supporting global teams
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, Equivalent professional Microsoft certification

Implement threat protection
Conduct compliance audits
Lead M365 workstreams for M&A
Monitor M365 service health
Lead incident response
Collaborate with IT and business teams
Maintain SOPs and runbooks
Train support teams and users
Provide expert Tier 3 support
Drive improvements through automation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with IT (Security, Infra, Service Desk, Applications) and business teams; Support global teams; Work across time zones (US Eastern Time)
Communication Scope
Translate complex technical concepts for technical and business audiences
Process & Methodology
Lead Microsoft 365 workstreams for mergers and acquisitions
