**Job Description:** Essential Job Functions * Minimum 8 years of Experience on Mainframe technologies (COBOL, VSAM, JCL,DB2,CICS,Ezytrive,CA7,Xpeditor,File-Aid,Endeavor) * Hands on experience on Rocket Software – Microfocus enterprise developer / Enterprise analyzer, GitHub, Scheduler etc. * Life insurance Domain (Traditional/Universal Life/Variable UniveraslLife / Annuities) * LOMA280/290 certifications will be added advantage * Experience working in end to end deployment of a major application within a complex business environment * Client management, resource management, basic project management and team leadership. * Should be able to provide technical solution to customer’s business need and able to guide the team for deployment of solution * Technically lead the team and mentor the junior team members to drive the delivery. * Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management * Good analytical and problem solving skills DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers around the world modernize and run their core operations at scale by combining deep industry expertise, proven software platforms, and innovative AI-driven solutions.
