What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Resources, Engineering, Policy, Business, or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education), 12+ years of experience in energy efficiency, electrification, DSM programs and/or related experience, 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and client portfolios, Must be able to pass a background check, Must have a valid driver’s license, Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in a related field, Familiarity with residential and commercial energy efficiency measures, load management, and distributed energy resources, Professional certifications such as PMP, CEM, BPI, or LEED AP, Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI), Demonstrated success in business development, client engagement, and contract administration
