What You'll Do.
friendly customer service
Greet customers in a friendly manner
Learn customer names and address them by name
Assist customers with product location and retrieval
Answer telephone promptly and take customer orders
Take customer orders at the counter
Work with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures
Ensure work area is clean and neat
Review food status and appearance for freshness
Prepare pizza toppings
Order breads from bakery or outside
Receive product and verify order
Ensure adequate product supply
Anticipate product needs
and replenish product
Inventory cold case and determine replacement needs
Run department registers and receive payment
Remove trash in a timely manner
Maintain adherence to hygiene and dress guidelines
Adhere to company policies and guidelines
Report to work when scheduled and on time
