Must be 18+, Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal deal with a few concrete variables, Ability to do simple addition and copying figures, counting and recording, Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated write identifying request supplies orally or in writing, Six months or less of similar or related experience
What You'll Do.
Taking orders from customers over the telephones or counter
Ordering and receiving products requested by the department manager
Checking to make sure orders are correct
Ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous
and efficient customer service
efficient and friendly customer service
Smiling and greeting customers in a friendly manner
Learning customers’ names and addressing them by name whenever possible
Assisting customers by escorting them to products
securing products out of reach
loading or unloading heavy items
noting and passing along customer suggestions or requests
and performing other tasks to enhance the shopping experience
Answering the telephone promptly and providing friendly
Taking customer orders at the counter
Working with co-workers as a team
Understanding and practicing proper sanitation procedures
Ensuring the work area is always clean and neat
Reviewing the status and appearance of the food for freshness
Preparing pizza toppings
Ordering breads from the bakery or outside
Receiving product and verifying order
Pre-baking pizza crust for the pizza case
Ensuring that an adequate supply of product is ready and on hand
Anticipating product needs for the department on a daily basis
and replenishing product as necessary
Inventories the cold case and determines what is necessary for product replacement
Running the department registers and receiving payment
Removing trash in a timely manner
Maintaining strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines
Reporting to work when scheduled and on time
