What You'll Do.
Take orders from customers over the telephones or
Receive products requested by the department manager
Check to make sure orders are correct
Ensure a positive company image
efficient and friendly customer service

Treat customers as the most important people in
Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
Learn customers’ names and address them by name
Assist customers by escorting them to products
Secure products that are out of reach
Load or unload heavy items
Make note of and pass along customer suggestions
Perform other tasks to enhance the shopping experience
Answer the telephone promptly

Take customer orders at the counter

Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures

Prepare pizza toppings
Order breads from the bakery or outside
Receive product and verify order
Pre bake pizza crust for the pizza case
Ensure that an adequate supply of product is
Anticipate product needs for the department
and replenish product as necessary
Inventory the cold case and determine product replacement
Run the department registers
Remove trash in a timely manner
Maintain strict adherence to department and company guidelines
Adhere to company policies and individual store guidelines
Report to work when scheduled and on time
Order product requested by department manager
Prepare pizza dough and breadsticks when necessary
Pull old product from the case
Fill case with new product
Assist in other areas of store as needed
Perform other job related duties and special projects
