What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma is required., Five (5) to eight (8) years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience., communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise, manage, or train others to accomplish goals., work ethic, integrity, and flexibility., Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously., Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/Outlook) experience required.
Nice to Have
Associate degree in a related field, completion of a vocational or technical school program or equivalent amount of education and experience., ERP/MRP Software experience preferred., APICS certification/working knowledge of APICS principles preferred.
What You'll Do.
Coordinate work and materials flow.
Develop and disseminate production schedules.
Manage and maintain inventory accuracy.
Analyze workflow and efficiency metrics.
Serve as ERP system subject matter expert.
Ensure personal safety and team safety.
Wear appropriate PPE.
Promote The McWane Way principles.
Provide technical expertise in ERP system.
Maintain databases and review reports.
and test ERP customizations.
Provide BI and reporting assistance.
Analyze production reporting for improvements.
Provide user assistance
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Verify accuracy of reporting data.
Review production schedules and work orders.
Assist supervisors in developing production schedules.
Revise production schedules due to changes.
Develop and maintain inventory transaction standards.
Monitor and advise on inventory efficiency.
Propose target production rates.
and monitor open work orders.
Identify opportunities for increased production.
Record production data.
Calculate figures for labor or materials.
Plan and execute annual physical inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
