We are currently recruiting for a MHE Operative to work at our site in Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday between 14:00 - 22:00. Salary- £25,623 + £55 per week attendance bonus + £1 per hour shift allowance Job Description * This role will include lifting up to 20KG, mainly including alcohol. * Reporting to the Supervisor, playing a vital role in maintaining the stock integrity and receiving of goods and despatch within the warehouse. * Liaise with Management to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordingly. * Assemble customer orders from the order profile. * Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built, correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures. * Stretch wrap completed order and present to marshalling area as appropriate. * Undertaking further warehouse operative duties of marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods-in, pallet checking, as requested by the site management team. ## Qualifications * Flexi/Bendi experience is desired. * PPT experience is essential. * Good Standard of Literacy and Numeracy * 2 years previous experience in a highly active warehouse * Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment * Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning ## Additional Information In return for your passion, hard work and determination in providing outstanding service to our customers we offer: * Competitive salary * Competitive hol
